TCP Summer Customer Blog Hop

Today's card  is for The Cat's Pajamas Summer Customer Blog Hop.   

Summer is all about fun and the sun, so I pulled out the stamp set Away We Go (for the fun) and grabbed a warm yellow patterned paper (the sun).

Ingredients:   Stamp Set - TCP Away We Go, Dies - YNS Stitched Rectangle Dies and Strip Dies, Papers - PTI and MME, and YNS Red Gumdrop

To create the illusion of the balloon flying off the panel, I started by stamping the bunny on the panel.  I then stamped it a second time on scrap card stock and cut out the balloon only.  I did all the paper piecing on the scrap piece and then added the "balloon" to the main stamped image. The balloon layer is popped up with dimensionals and surrounded by a frame created using nesting rectangle dies. The blue polka dot paper is adhered to a yellow card base - this way there is a pop of sun on the inside too.
