YNS Digi Release

There is lots of excitement on the Your Next Stamp Blog today and lots of instant gratification goodies in the store!  YNS has teamed up with Penny Johnson of Omnia Designs to bring an adorable and exclusive line of digital stamps for everyone to enjoy!

Once you place an order, you will have the ability to download the image from the YNS website, then you simply print it out and you’re good to go!  All YNS digital stamps are .png files so you can easily resize them, print them out onto designer paper for paper piecing and so much more!

The NEW YNS Digital DT has a fun and inspiration hop for you today.  I am playing along, but I am not an official part of the hop so head on over to the YNS blog for all the details.

Christmas Crafting Techniques

Supah-Star

Super Pig from Bugaboo takes center stage!  Still working away on a few pig cards!  My card lo is based on Stella Says Sketch Challenge 138.  I switched it up with a vertical card and added a few extra stars - when you are working with Super Pig lots of stars are required. 

A quick post today as my weekend is going to be full of pigs (at least paper and fondant ones!).

A Day for Ducks and Little Miss Muffet Fans

Winter Wishes

Right now my wish is for winter to be over! 
Snowflakes on cardstock are okay though and it is time to think of Christmas and get some of your papercrafting done in advance.

Something New

Today I am playing along with Little Miss Muffet Challenge 54, which is a sketch.

 

 

The image is Celeste Amberglow Owl Always Love You.  Just enough sweetness with the hearts to use this one for Valentine's Day.    Now on to the new. The shirt, socks, pink hearts and skin were colored using my newly purchased Spectrum Noir markers that I picked up at I Heart Papers - thanks Alyssa for enabling me and you didn't even have to make a thing!  The markers are super affordable at less than $2 each.  If you need to expand your marker collection I recommend giving the markers a try. 

My card is also for the Outlawz Copic challenge - Valentines!

Confession:  I knew I liked the new YNS Insta Love Polaroid Photo die, I just did not realize that I would want to use it on EVERYTHING! 

This sweet pup is from Bugaboo.  Ahhh, love and hearts. 

I am playing along with the Catch The Bug Bingo Challenge - my bingo is straight down the middle with a sentiment, Bugaboo Image and ribbon (just a tad, but it is there!).  Hopefully getting a bingo tomorrow night with the kids at a family fun night will be just as easy as this bingo.

Purrfect Valentine

 Today I am a guest on the Little Miss Muffet challenge blog.  I was lucky enough to win a random draw in one of their challenges so I get to play along with the DT and the new challenge, which is Hearts and Flowers. 

 

 

My card features "Lil' Kitty" - definitely high on the cute scale - I just love the hat! 

I rarely use 3-D flowers on my creations so I decided to go with patterned paper with a flower of sorts on it.  The heart was cut with my Cricut and then embossed with more hearts.

Ahhh, an image perfect for the boys.

Little Miss Muffet's 52nd Challenge is Winter Birthdays.  I have never thought of a winter birthday as being different from a birthday in a different season, but I suppose winter would be the only appropriate time for a celebratory snowman.  I have the Birthday part, but fortunately if a Little Miss Muffet image is used then Anything Goes - my card features Cheeky Monkey.
I flipped him (a wonderfully easy thing to do with digis) then colored him again switching up the colors.

Here is a card I made as part of a gift set.  It is based on one of the Viva la Verve December sketches.  I had great ambitions to finish all four, but alas ran out of time.

He is a Polly Craft image not sure if he is available any more, but there are others found at Little Miss Muffet. He is perfect for their latest challenge, #51 - Anything Goes!  The sentiment is from Your Next Stamp's Critters Set 1.

A Penguin of Course!

At the end of November I received a surprising e-mail...I was selected as Bugaboo's Biggest Fan for December!  What an honor - I guess the word is out that I am addicted to the penguins :>)

I am playing along with the Bugaboo Design Team today for a challenge - a fun game of Bingo.  This one will take less time than a regular game of bingo, you only need to get 3 in a row.

My bingo is right down the middle, Distressing (with ink), Red & Green, and a Bugaboo image - a cute penguin of course, Little Penguin Winter - Reindeer.
