The carnival is in town!

Another Flying Pig

I still can't get enough of the Hambo Flying Pig, so today I am sharing one last card (at least toward the 50) using it!

This week's Hambo Hoedown is to CASE a card from the Hambo Pinterest boards.  I choose this card by Jane Elizabeth France.  I switched out the colors and moved the sentiment down, but kept the clouds, animal with balloons using floss, and the layout.  I didn't have any cloud paper, so I cut mine out using Your Next Stamp Puffy Cloud Dies.  The banner is also from YNS and the sentiment is from Verve.

Supah-Star

Super Pig from Bugaboo takes center stage!  Still working away on a few pig cards!  My card lo is based on Stella Says Sketch Challenge 138.  I switched it up with a vertical card and added a few extra stars - when you are working with Super Pig lots of stars are required. 

A quick post today as my weekend is going to be full of pigs (at least paper and fondant ones!).

YNS Strawberry and a Sketch

LMM - Families

Families come in all shapes and sizes and errr species. At least that is what I reasoned as I worked on my card for the latest Little Miss Muffet Stamps Challenge - Family.

I created a scene using several animals from the Forest Friends collection found here. My card is based on a layout by Techno Stamper - Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 263. Of course I am late for the challenge, but that is what happens when I am crafting a couple week's in advance. Yep, nothing last minute about me this week, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due!

Actually, the Last Minute Crafter title came about because I have a tendency to get grand ideas of making gifts for everyone. I constantly find myself crafting in the car on the way to an event. It still happens! I decided to make card sets for Mother's Day. Well, I made plenty of cards in advance of the day, but then 1 hour before we were to leave to deliver the gift I thought I need to make a bag to put these all in. Sigh, I was finishing that bag right before we were to leave. Double sigh, even though I really only needed one bag, I thought why don't I cut out 6 of them so have some on hand. LOL this is what makes me the Last Minute Crafter - gifts!

Over the Hill

It's Sunday which on my blog means time to share a pig card! I still have lots of pig cards to make so I don't think this will be ending any time soon.

Here is another take on the Hambo Flying Pig.  No matter how many times I color it up this image makes me smile!

Hats and Pals Have Arrived!!!

It's new release day at LITTLE MISS MUFFET STAMPS and there are plenty of new stamps celebrating the warm weather on the way!  Today we are welcoming Polka Dot Pals and Junior Hatters to the LMMS family. 

I can't get enough of the Hatters, so of course I had to color one of those up to share with you today.  Meet Lilith...

she is earthy and oh so cute surrounded by birds.  *If that was me I would be freaking out ;>)!  My card is for the Outlawz CAS Pillow Fight Challenge - yes, these "feathers" are still in use!
