YNS Supplies: Aquarium Antics stamp and die sets |  Tiny Waves Die Set

The Tiny Waves die was used as a stencil and the water was sponged on.  Layered the 3 water colored fish over the water and then added a sentiment to the bottom.

Easy and fun!
