All Sewn Up with CSAYL

It's that time of the week when I think about Christmas. It is time for a Christmas Stampin' All Year Long challenge. The challenge this week is to use stitching, either real or faux on your project.
We are sponsored by Fred, She Said Designs, which has a ton of wonderful digis to choose from.

Now it is time for a secret...I cheated on this card and went with a precolored digi! I tweaked the colors just a bit, but what a time saver!

The layout for this one is based on the September SFYTT.

Be sure to stop by the CSAYL blog and check out what the rest of the design team did with all the great digis from Fred, She Said Designs!

  1. sheesh, this is so very elegant...the image with the sentiment...excellent.

  2. Cheater!! I love it! I was getting ready to comment with WOWZERS! You shouldn't have said anything. lol! Truly though, your coloring skills would make this even better, but yes, precolored digis would save a ton of time!
I once read a tip on the Greeting Farm blog (I think) that said to color one item and scan it to make multiples like invitations or thank you cards. Huge timesaver!

  3. This is GORGEOUS, Julie! I need to try using pre-colored images--this looks spectacular! :)

  4. Such a sweet card! Love the pre-coloured digi...;)
