Partying on With the YNS November Release

Did you check out the new stamps and dies released from Your Next Stamp last Friday?  Today the party continues with the design team sharing more inspiration!

 

I put the new stamp set Note Worthy to work to make a 4 card set.  The set is perfect for Birthday cards and so much more.  To show the versatility, I went the Valentines's Day route and pulled out some heart filled paper and then layered away.

YNS November 2013 New Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Your Next Stamp November New Release Blog Hop! We have quite the selection this month from new scene stamps, to versatile multi stamp sets and a fun new die set that is perfect for gifties, being released today! You can find them all NOW at the Your Next Stamp Store!

The hop begins right here on my blog!  If you leave comments on all of the DT blogs you could win a stamp set of your choice as well as a pack of YNS Gumdrops!  Gumdrops are super sweet on cards and I promise won't add any calories!

Today I am sharing cards using 2 of the new scene stamps with you.

 My first card features the scene and a sentiment from the new set "The Perfect Blend".  The layout is based on November's YNS sketch Challenge (psst, participating on the challenge blog is another way to win a prize!).  I stamped the image and then added a bit of paper piecing.

Up next is "Winter Scene".  I used the polaroid die to create the frame around the scene.  I first die cut it from patterned paper and then from white.  I used the white around the die cut to create a second frame and then popped it up with foam dots.
