A Sweet Feature

The floor was sponged on to the cream layer.  To make the jar look like it was clear the floor was also sponged on to it after die cutting it out.  Layer on the die cut candy along with Sprinkles = clean and sweet!

TCP March New Release Blog Hop

We are hopping!  The Cat's Pajamas March New Release is available in the TCP store right now and we are giving you another look at the new stamps and dies in action.

My card features the new What the Froth? stamp set...those snarky cats are back with a couple new friends.

How many people do you know that run on coffee???  Fortunately, no one has shown up where I work on a Monday morning with their slippers still on!

Now it is time to hop on to the final stop on the hop, the TCP blog and a chance to visit Alma!

TCP March Release Sneaky Peek Day One - Comment to Win

The Cat's Pajamas Sneaky Peek Week starts right now, right here!!!   Not only do you get to preview the new release, there is also a chance to win a TCP store gift certificate.  One random comment left on this post or my IG account (julie_elak) TCP peek post will be selected to win a TCP gift certificate.  

The Cat's Pajamas February release arrives in the The Cat's Pajamas Store next Tuesday.  The question is...Are you in it to win it?  

This release features 3 stamp sets and 3 die sets.  First up is the stamp set Special Delivery with an artistic drawn feel that works so well with water coloring.

Now on to 2 of the new die sets.  For this one the Oval Scroll Duo was run through with a rubber mat to use as an embosser.   A water colored butterfly from the Butterfly Trio die set is laid on top.

Here is third die set, Spring Tag Duo, which is so versatile...not only can it be used for tags but it is perfect for cards too!

The fence and tree were colored up with water color markers and the outer die was used to create a frame.

How about one more project?   The Spring Duo die set was used as a tag on this one with the new Sponsored By stamp set.

A bit of paper piecing on the cups and a strip of polka dots across the bottom decorates a tag to top a bag full of k-cups.
